FIBERS ANTI-FISSURING FOR CONCRETES AND MORTARS

ARIAFIBRES® A fibrillée fiber of virgin polypropylene is which is used as a replacement of the welded grate anti-fissuring.

Thanks to his fibrillé system ARIAFIBRES® Offer a very big ease of use.

During the mixture, the fibers ARIAFIBRES® Are distributed in a homogeneous way in the mass of the cement and do not modify its consistency and its usage.

This homogeneous distribution in all the mass of the cement assures, in case of the break, a distortion of the microcrack of departure and avoids in this one to propagate on the totality of the tiled floor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To introduce the doses of fibers ARIAFIBRES ® is of an extreme simplicity and does not require either equipment, or staff specialized. The mixture of fibers can be made either in the mixer before moistening, or directly in the truck top to the concretes plant or on the construction site.

Introduction in the mixer to the concretes plant with the dry aggregates:
A mixture of two minutes is enough for obtaining a homogeneous distribution.

Direct incorporation in the truck top:
Fibers are introduced by the gutter by casting fibers by handle farthest possible inside. The time of useful kneading will be from 4 till 6 minutes.

Incorporation in the cement mixer on the construction site:
Fibers are introduced into the cement mixer by throwing fibers by small handles.

A longer kneading does not entail the formation of agglomerates of fibers.

DOSAGE
A dose of 900gr for 1 m³ of concrete or mortar.

A dose of 100gr for a bag of 35 kg of cement.

A dose of 75gr for a bag of 25 kg of cement.
